Ceki is a card game popular within the Peranakan and Hokkien community. I don’t know how to play it though. This was taken on the night before my brother’s wedding in January 2003. Family members gathered for dinner and then played this ceki card game. Small amount of money were involved just to make it more attractive.
This was shot using my first SLR camera, Minolta Dynax 5, that I bought more than 10 years ago. I believe the lens was Sigma EX Macro 105mm f/2.8. I re-scanned the film to show the film information, Kodak TMax ISO 3200 and the frame number. I love the grains.
And last but not least, last three days of public voting for the Singapore Best Photography Blog Awards 2012. So, if you have a moment to spare, kindly vote for this blog if you like it.
