Have you eaten Katong Laksa before? I mean the real Katong Laksa? I mean the legally correct Katong Laksa?  🙂

This is George, the second generation hawker who now sell laksa at a small coffee shop at 1 Telok Kurau Road. His father started selling laksa in 1955 and George took over in 1982. They were the one who first registered their business as “Katong Laksa”. Now you will see the name Katong Laksa in many places in Singapore.
